Since 1994 he has worked as a
consultant with many large industrial,
pharmaceutical, manufacturing,
professional services, financial
and public service organisations.

and professional environments;
leadership and motivation and
coaching. He has designed and
delivered management development
programmes and initiatives for

has worked extensively with multinational

Elizabeth
McManus
Elizabeth has worked as a consultant since 1994.
She has worked with a wide variety of major organisations in many sectors,
including financial services, retail, technology companies and professional
partnership practices particularly legal practices. The focus of her work
is the development of maximum individual contribution in organisational
contexts enabling people to give their best to the mutual benefit of their
organisation and themselves.
Elizabeth’s areas of expertise and interest include assessment and
development centres, teambuilding; coaching in the workplace; change
management; leadership and motivational training. Elizabeth’s specialist
areas also include how to work with emotional clients, communication and
the effect of emotions in the workplace. In addition to consulting and
training on these subjects she is also the author of a number of published
articles and undertakes public speaking on these topics. |
