The Chief Executive of an Information Management organization needed help in the implementation of a major change programme designed to position the organization more effectively in an increasingly competitive market place. We worked with her to look at leadership, management and operational issues and, working with the senior team developed a detailed action plan for the changes that needed to happen. A significant barrier was the way the Senior Team operated. We managed several challenging meetings and individual sessions to enable these blockages to be overcome.

The organization went on to achieve significant change in their business model, operation and structures which were critical in them responding to changed circumstances in which they were formerly a monopoly supplier to one in which they faced greatly increasing competition in an open market.
