A national government body needed their new line-managers to become very effective very quickly. Working closely with them we created an innovative, pragmatic and challenging development programme to equip the managers with the skills, confidence and presence to enable the their teams to deliver successfully. Over four months, participants learnt about themselves, their teams, managing their business processes and each of them delivered a measurable result on a real business area within their team.
