An international medical organization needed to motivate, develop and retain high potential future business leaders. We designed a 12 month development programme, involving events, coaching and mentoring and a real, business critical project. Project outcomes were implemented in the business. To ensure transfer of knowledge we co-delivered all elements of this programme with internal L & D and other specialists. The programme increased participant commitment and engagement levels year on year.
