Elizabeth McManus

Elizabeth is a founding partner with Development Alternatives. Previously Head of HR and Training with leading commercial law firm Addleshaws, and with experience in the NHS and higher education as well as commercial law and banking, she specialises in working with the specific challenges and opportunities faced by public bodies, corporate organisations and professional partnerships.

Elizabeth’s areas of particular interest are building exceptional teams, harnessing and using individual differences at work, professional practice development and motivation. Her consultancy work focuses on facilitation, coaching and performance development for teams and individuals.

The focus of her work is the development of maximum individual contribution in organisational contexts – enabling people to give their best to the mutual benefit of their organisation and themselves. She specialises in providing development based activities which enhance people’s performance at work and has a special interest in enabling people to access those factors that will move their performance from good to outstanding.
